1. No soda
2. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day
3. No pastries including bread and sugar intake
4. Two veggie serving /day
5. Portion contol of meal with a measuring cup
6. Snack on fruits
7. Exercise at least 3times a week for 30minutes
8. Meal prep ahead of time
