If I could get money every time someone told me that they could not do something as a result of people\u2019s perception, then I had be a multimillionaire by now. Hahahaha.<\/p>\n
How many of us can testify that this is our reality? You know what I\u2019m talking about. You have ideas that God has placed on the inside of you and instead of implementing them, you start looking for your friends to validate those ideas.<\/p>\n
How can a man validate an idea entrusted to you by God?<\/p>\n
Why do we crave validation so badly?<\/p>\n
God gives you a vision and instead of trusting Him for the resources that will make the vision a reality, you channel your energy comparing that vision with what you see on social media. Really??? Is that how we have reduced God?<\/p>\n
It is unfortunate that we are in a generation that seeks validation mostly from social media before taking any step.<\/p>\n
You want everyone to love your vision before you start? Hunnie, you may start at your old age or in your dreams.<\/p>\n
When God entrusts you with a vision, he doesn\u2019t need a man to validate it. You reduce his capability in your life when you constantly seek for mans validation.<\/p>\n
\u201cSeeking approval of others is not living.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The vision was given to YOU not them! Like it was not a conference call.\u00a0 God saw that you were the right fit to execute that vision and even if you feel incapable, He trusts that you will leverage on His capacity not yours.<\/p>\n How many of us have shied away from doing something because you don\u2019t feel capable or qualified? \u00a0When God gives you a vision, he wants you to execute it based on his capacity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n You are an introvert and He wants you to delve into public speaking. No problem, leverage on His capacity that brought Moses in front of pharaoh for the redemption of his people irrespective of his speech problems. Who knows? God may also send an Aaron your way. This is a word for someone!<\/p>\n Don\u2019t wait for people who are still trying to figure out their life to validate those ideas God has placed on the inside of you.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n I want you to start implementing those ideas and silence that need for validation.<\/p>\n Yeah, it feels good that people love the idea but remember that the intent was not for people to love the vision but for them to be transformed because you stayed true to the vision even when they don\u2019t see the need and it doesn\u2019t make sense.<\/p>\n Become secured in what God has given you that you don\u2019t need validation from people to nurture it.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The first thing you should do when God gives you a vision is to partner with the Holy Spirit to make it a reality.<\/p>\n It is the Holy Spirit that will give you strategy and insights. It is the Holy Spirit that will bring the right team and resources that will accomplish that vision your way.<\/p>\n Instead of running to your friends to communicate your inadequacy hoping that they will somehow validate the vision, partner with the Holy spirit and see the magic you will create together.<\/p>\n \u201cThe people who receive the most approval in life are the ones who care the least about it\u2013so technically, if you want the approval of others, you need to stop caring about it.\u201d-\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>WAYNE W.
